KMAC and Vietnamese accounting firm AASC announced that they had signed a 

business agreement (MOU) in Hanoi, Vietnam on May 9th to establish mutual 

cooperation in the consulting field for the purpose of developing the management 

consulting market in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony was attended by Han Soo-hee, CEO of KMAC, and 

Ngo Duc Doan, president of AASC Vietnam.

Through this business agreement, KMAC agreed to cooperate with AASC in 

various fields such as consulting, corporate training, overseas expansion 

consulting and networking, and to provide services for smooth business promotion 

and entry into each country between companies of the two countries.

Han Soo-hee, CEO of KMAC, said, “As companies with long histories, both companies 

provide the best service in their respective fields and are trusted by customers, and we

 expect that combining each other’s capabilities will bring a new wind to Vietnam’s 

consulting market.”

Ngo Duc Doan, Chairman of AASC, also said, “It is a great honor and joy to be able to 

sign this business agreement in celebration of the 32nd anniversary of its founding, 

and we will actively cooperate to revitalize the consulting business in Vietnam.”
